Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive educational leadership experience.
• Experience in college-preparatory, independent, or Jewish faith-based schools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the role's three domains: public leader, instructional leader, and manager of students, parents, and faculty.
• Coach teachers through observation and feedback and lead data-informed improvement.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain exceptional educators; build a collaborative community.
• Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, communications, and student life at a new school.
