Job summary

AgentMail, Inc. is seeking a Founding PLG & Community Lead to own the growth engine across our developer communities and activation experiments.

You will drive budget planning for PLG initiatives and cultivate credible participation in Discord, Reddit, and public threads that earn trust with builders and AI models alike. You will shape our posting strategy for LinkedIn and X, design funnel experiments, and lead the events program to connect the agent ecosystem in SF.

Qualifications

• Extroverted and enjoy bringing a community together, online and in person.
• Able to work cross-functionally by default.
• Speak up early when you think we're wrong.
• Deep dive into funnel data, demos, or landing page tests you ship.

Responsibilities

• Own and allocate budgets across all PLG efforts.
• Manage Discord and Reddit presence to build trust with builders.
• Design and implement posting strategy for LinkedIn and X.
• Plan and run funnel and activation experiments with PostHog data.
• Lead events program: hackathons, conferences, and SF office gatherings.
• Spotlight builders via UGC and social content to amplify success.
