Job summary

Neuromorphic Labs is a Seed stage AI startup hiring a founding Product Architect to own the platform's architecture from day one. You will shape the core technology stack, establish engineering culture, and directly influence product direction with a founder-led team.

You will work on building a trusted AI infrastructure layer, enabling secure, scalable models and deployments while driving high-standards and rapid iteration in a small, high-impact group.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of total builder experience in distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, containerized workloads, service-oriented architectures, and infrastructure-as-code across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong programming proficiency in Rust or C++, with production-grade code experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of a new platform from core to services.
• Design, build, and operate production-grade systems across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Make foundational technical bets on languages, frameworks, and infrastructure.
• Work directly with early customers to translate requirements into platform capabilities.
• Use AI-driven development workflows to boost velocity and quality.
• Set the bar for engineering excellence and mentor other engineers as the team grows.
