Job summary

NEYON AI is building the future of reliable AI infrastructure. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Architect to define the end-to-end platform roadmap for the AI Factory and drive scalable, high-performance systems.

You will partner with engineers and architects to design platforms, services, and tooling that are resilient and available at scale, and you will lead reliability practices across the development lifecycle. This is a leadership role in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software design and system design.
• Experience defining multi-year AI infrastructure roadmaps.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute software strategy and roadmap for AI platforms and services.
• Ensure production-ready platforms with high availability and performance.
• Develop observability, logging, and tracing across AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineers to embed reliability into development lifecycle.
