Job summary

BrightMeds is seeking a Founding Pharmacist-in-Charge & Head of Pharmacy Operations to build a new 503A sterile compounding pharmacy from the ground up in the Greater St. Louis area. You will lead from the front, shaping systems and teams to deliver safe, high-quality care while scaling to nationwide patient access.

Compensation: $225,000+ Base Salary, Performance Bonus, and Equity and Profit-Sharing Opportunity
