Snap Fitness 24/7 Iowa Colony is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join our founding team. This role offers a consistent hourly wage for all training hours plus a flat bonus for every session delivered, with growth potential as we build a client base.

You will conduct fitness assessments, design personalized programs, coach proper form, and provide nutrition guidance. Flexible 24/7 scheduling supports early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification (NSCA, ACE, ACSM, NASM, NATA, NESTA, NPTI, ISSA) or commit to certification within 60 days.
• First Aid & CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Personal training liability insurance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and comfortable building a client base.
• Comfortable using email, scheduling software, social media, and basic computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct fitness assessments, body composition, movement screening, and goal setting.
• Design individualized exercise programs aligned with clients' goals.
• Coach form and safety during exercises.
• Provide general nutrition guidance within scope of certification.
• Help clients achieve goals and promote retention with training packages.
• Assist with social media content and client progress photos/videos.
• Maintain facility standards across training areas and shared spaces.
• Support local community outreach and event sponsorships.
