Job summary

Snap Fitness 24/7 Iowa Colony is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join our founding team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, a desire to motivate others, a personal drive to succeed, and a positive, upbeat attitude.

This role offers a consistent hourly wage for all hours worked, including training sessions, plus an additional flat bonus for every session delivered. This role reports directly to the Club Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• First Aid & CPR/AED certified, or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Personal training liability insurance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse clients.
• Comfortable using scheduling software, email, social media and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments (body composition, movement screening, goal setting).
• Design individualized exercise programs aligned with client goals.
• Coach proper form and safety during exercises.
• Provide general nutrition guidance within certification scope.
• Help new members retain clients via training packages.
• Assist with social media content related to training sessions and client progress.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization across training areas and common spaces.
• Support local community events and Snap Fitness sponsored activities.
