Job summary

Snap Fitness 24/7 Iowa Colony is seeking motivated Group Fitness Instructors to join our founding team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, a desire to motivate others, and a positive, upbeat attitude.

This is a flexible, pay-per-class opportunity to help build our group class program from the ground up as part of a brand-new, locally and veteran-owned club. This role reports directly to ownership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current group fitness instructor certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• First Aid & CPR/AED certified or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong communication and motivational skills; energize a room with varied fitness levels.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, strength, bootcamp, cycle, yoga).
• Create a welcoming, high-energy member experience.
• Monitor form and offer modifications for different fitness levels.
• Promote classes and support sign-up/attendance tracking.
• Ensure space and equipment are clean and organized before/after sessions.
• Arrive prepared and on time for every class; provide advance notice for changes.
