Job summary

Dots is building payout infrastructure for marketplaces and digital platforms. We are hiring our first product leader to own the core payouts product, from developer APIs to dashboards used by teams to move money and verify recipients.

You will talk to customers, shape the product strategy, and own pricing and packaging with the founders, while partnering closely with engineering and product design. You’ll be hands-on and push back when needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, engineering or founding roles with at least one product moved from concept to paying customers.
• Experience talking directly to customers and turning insights into product decisions.
• Experience owning a roadmap and prioritizing without a fixed plan.
• Ability to decide what to build when there isn’t an obvious answer.
• Technical depth to review API designs with engineering and influence outcomes.
• Hands-on product design experience from flows to screens.
• Experience owning pricing or packaging.
• Willingness to stay close to what ships, including documentation and support escalations.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers to understand money movement friction and value levers.
• Combine customer input, data, issues and priorities into a clear product view.
• Set and own the roadmap with founders and engineering; trade off customer needs vs constraints.
• Own developer-facing APIs and the end-user dashboards used to manage payouts.
• Own onboarding, verification, payout selection and tracking experiences for payees.
• Ship features with engineering from problem definition to launch and measure impact.
• Define pricing and packaging strategies with the founders.
