Job summary

Dots is looking for its first product hire to own payouts products, APIs and dashboards. You will talk to customers to shape what we build and defend the roadmap with founders and engineers.

You’ll design flows, own pricing, and partner with engineering from problem definition through launch while staying close to support and operations to ensure shipped solutions meet real customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as PM/engineer/founder with at least one product from nothing to paying customers.
• Experience talking directly to customers and turning insights into product decisions.
• Experience owning a roadmap and prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers and prospects to form a view on what to build next.
• Own pricing and packaging alongside the founders and sharpen the go-to-market model.
• Work directly with engineering from problem definition through launch and measure outcomes.
