Job summary

Kindred is seeking a senior partnerships leader to define and scale a new partnerships function during a 6-month engagement. You will own the inbound pipeline, build outbound strategies by verticals, and structure deals for high-trust collaboration across communities and Circles.

You will source, pitch, negotiate, and close deals from day one, while shaping the operating model and playbook to enable future scale and cross-functional alignment with GTM, Product, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of partnerships or growth experience in a consumer marketplace.
• Proven track record building a partnerships function from scratch.
• Experience closing deals with executives and organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and close inbound partnership pipeline with large pre-established member bases.
• Build outbound partnerships strategy by verticals and account lists.
• Design deals calibrated for high-trust behavior to unlock marketplace liquidity.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution and manage post-launch performance.
• Shape Circles strategy to drive acquisition and activation goals.
• Build a scalable partnerships playbook and outreach sequences.
• Report on pipeline health and partnership payback to Growth leadership.
