Job description

Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

Compensation: Equity + Performance-based Bonuses + Long-Term Growth Participation

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an elite, visionary strategic operator and connector to help CoinSure scale its presence and credibility across the wealth and asset management landscape. This person should have:

- Deep experience in TradFi (wealth management, private banking, fund structuring, or asset allocation).

- Strong fluency in Bitcoin and macroeconomics, or the intellectual drive to build it fast.

- A deep network of VCs, family offices, and qualified purchasers.

- Executive presence with the ability to lead business development efforts and serve as a public-facing spokesperson.

- Entrepreneurial mindset - this is not a job, it's an opportunity to lead a generational product.

Ideal Background

- Former Managing Director, Partner, or Principal at a fund, RIA, or family office.

- Experience in raising capital for Reg D offerings, structured notes, or unique investment vehicles.

- Passion for the intersection of Bitcoin and structured finance - not just crypto at large.

- Bonus: Experience with exempt offerings under Rule 506(b) or 506(c).

What You'll Do

- Serve as CoinSure's public-facing lead, representing the company in capital-raising conversations, investor summits, podcasts, and high-level networking events.

- Lead BD efforts with family offices, private wealth firms, and multi-family groups.

- Shape and refine the distribution and investor onboarding model.

- Work closely with the founders on pricing, market positioning, and messaging.

- Potentially evolve into a Co-founder, Board Member, or C-level exec based on performance and alignment.
