Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is opening a new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Woodbridge, VA, seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join the founding clinical team. The role offers clinical autonomy and a unique opportunity to help build workflows, treatment approaches, and standards of care as the practice grows.

The candidate will treat a diverse adult outpatient population with patient-centered care, applying strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Independent work with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest or experience in balance, vestibular and neurological rehab, and fall prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, individualized care in a new outpatient clinic.
• Help establish clinical workflows, treatment approaches, and standards of care as the clinic grows.
• Work independently with strong clinical judgment while collaborating with the team as needed.
• Contribute to growth and development of clinical culture and patient experience.
