Job summary

Magic is seeking a founding operations hire in SoHo, NYC to build internal processes as we scale. You will own business operations, finance, and strategic initiatives, reporting directly to leadership.

This in-person role requires a detail-oriented self-starter who can oversee compliance, design scalable processes, and manage cross-functional projects. Salary range $110,000-$150,000 plus equity; unlimited PTO; health insurance; lunch perks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple projects.
• Bias toward action and hands-on mindset.
• Experience in an ops role, consulting, or banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take on strategic projects and own them end to end
• Oversee the finance and reporting function
• Keep us compliant, from paperwork to processes
• Own and develop internal processes as we scale across multiple functions
