Prescience is building a seed-stage healthcare platform in San Francisco and seeks a founding Operations lead who will own end-to-end processes across the company. You will design workflows, onboard employers and employees in days, and scale operations with the founding team.

You'll partner with engineers to automate key pains, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and hire the next wave of operators within six months. Strong analytical and cross-functional skills are essential.
