Job summary

Yora Nordic Spa in Connecticut is recruiting for a Spa & Locker Room Attendant (Housekeeping) to maintain clean, welcoming spaces across indoor and outdoor areas including locker rooms, pool deck and washrooms. This hands-on role blends housekeeping with guest interaction and supports a warm, restorative guest experience.

The position is full-time and on-site, with flexible scheduling to cover mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays ahead of opening.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring team support.
• Warm, professional guest interaction.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals after training.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and replenish locker rooms, showers and washrooms following procedures.
• Maintain change rooms and relaxation spaces throughout the day.
• Complete walkthroughs and address cleanliness concerns before guests are affected.
• Turn over lockers efficiently while maintaining high cleanliness.
• Provide towels and amenities as needed and restock supplies.
• Follow cleaning routines and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk and others to keep spaces guest-ready.
