D1 Training is seeking a Fitness Sales Associate/Presales Specialist in Westborough. This role focuses on outbound outreach, presales conversations, and closing founding memberships, with an hourly base plus uncapped commissions.

A strong close-rate and field activity are essential to succeed as the team builds the pipeline for this fall launch. Ideal candidates have proven sales results, comfort with 75+ daily calls, and the ability to manage CRM tasks while representing D1 at local outreach

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with numbers and outcomes.
• Comfortable handling 75+ outbound calls per day.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Proficient with CRM systems and diligent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls, texts, and emails to close founding memberships.
• Support community outreach, tenting, and tabling events as directed.
• Run the full sales conversation start to finish: discovery, pitch, objections, close.
• Hit daily call volume and close-rate targets; review results every pay period.
• Follow up relentlessly; close often requires multiple touches.
• Work under direction from the GM and also manage your own call block.
