Job summary

D1 Training is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist in Utah who will drive outbound outreach, set appointments for free trials, and convert leads into committed members. You will be the first contact for prospective athletes, guiding them into the right training program.

This role emphasizes appointment setting and sales performance in a fast-paced environment with clear targets and opportunities for advancement within a rapidly expanding fitness brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, or similar).
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads.
• Set appointments for free trials, consultations, and workouts.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (speed matters here).
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership.
• Recommend the right training program based on individual goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Position Overview
