Anagram, a Series A cybersecurity SaaS company, is hiring its first marketing leader to build a complete function from scratch. You will partner directly with the CEO and COO to define strategy, messaging, and programs that move the needle in security awareness and education.

We need a hands-on marketer who can create content, drive demand, optimize the website, and surface the brand in AI search. This fully remote role offers equity and the chance to shape our voice across conferences, media,

Qualifications

• Build a marketing function from scratch and own every part of it.
• Translate product into a compelling story for buyers and AEs/BDRs.
• Create inbound channels and convert zero to revenue.
• Develop assets (blogs, guides, tools, webinars) that earn trust and capture leads.
• Make the website a strong conversion tool with clear CTAs.
• Get Anagram surfaced in AI search and build founder communications.
• Lead external channels (conferences, podcasts, bylines, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with leadership and adapt a bold, irreverent brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy, messaging, and brand positioning.
• Build and scale content, demand gen, and inbound programs.
• Lead ABM and outbound efforts to generate qualified pipeline.
• Manage HubSpot, analytics, attribution, and nurture workflows.
• Develop case studies, social proof, and third-party reviews.
• Own website optimization and conversion funnel.
• Represent the brand at conferences and in media opportunities.
