Weave, backed by Y Combinator, is building a platform to help engineering teams understand productivity and impact. As Founding Creative Marketer, you will shape the product story, craft copy, and own launches end to end.

You’ll develop assets across video, graphics, landing pages, and content, ensuring each launch feels inevitable through a strategic content sequence. You will report on metrics like pipeline and signups while shaping the brand for the world’s best engineering teams.

• Proven track record on launches that drove pipeline.
• Repeatedly produced content that went viral on X and LinkedIn.
• Exceptional writing across posts, blogs, and launch announcements.
• Strong product sense to judge launch viability.
• Fast, ownership-driven work style.
• Care about developer tools audience.
• Role requires 5 days in SF office.

Responsibilities

• Own launches end to end, from positioning to follow-on content.
• Build the assets: videos, ads, landing pages, graphics.
• Create the content engine: write posts, blogs, case studies.
• Run the growth playbook across organic social, paid, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and community.
• Partner with product on next releases and timing.
• Build the brand and ensure every touchpoint reinforces Weave as the obvious choice.
• Be flexible: write copy, edit in Premiere or Figma, brief guests, wire attribution.
