Rogo is hiring a Founding iOS Engineer to lead the development of our native iOS app. You will set development standards, implement high-performance Swift code, and launch features used daily by finance professionals.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to shape the mobile experience as the company scales. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong command of Swift, SwiftUI (iOS 16+), and UIKit.
• Experience building polished, high-performance apps with great UX.
• Comfortable with concurrency, threading, and performance optimizations.
• Autonomous, fast-paced, startup-ownership mindset.
• Passionate about AI-powered mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain Rogo's iOS application using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Establish and refine mobile development practices: planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts.
• Own major product features from concept to launch.
• Work closely with users and Customer Success to iterate quickly and ship improvements.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and direction of our mobile and frontend platforms.
