Wisteria at Warner Center is opening in late 2026 and seeks a Human Resources Generalist to join the founding team in Woodland Hills, California. This full-time, onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, development and success.

Under the HR Director, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits enrollment, workers' comp, leaves, and HR policies. Compensation ranges from $33.00 to $36.25 per hour, with tuition assistance and a robust

Qualifications

• Three to five years of HR experience, preferably in a customer-service setting.
• Knowledge of state and federal labor regulations, compensation/benefits, recruiting and training.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and administer HR activities for the Community.
• Develop recruitment strategies and maintain job postings.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and reconciles insurance bills.
• Manage new hire orientation and employee events.
• Handle workers' compensation processes and leave administration.
• Maintain certifications and work permits; ensure current statuses.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadership.
• Support policy development and HR projects as needed.
