Job summary

voize in New York is seeking a Customer Training Manager to design and deliver impactful training for healthcare customers, both online and onsite. You will lead sessions for nurses and CNAs and partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and value realization.

You will travel across the US (2–3 weeks per month), refine materials, and collaborate with Product and German training teams to optimize approaches.

Qualifications

3+ years in training, onboarding, or enablement in B2B, preferably in healthcare SaaS or technical environments.
Design and deliver training to in-person audiences.
Experience training non-technical or diverse learner populations is a strong plus.
Willingness to travel 2–3 weeks per month to customer sites across the US.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person training sessions for new deployments with groups of health care providers (nurses and CNAs).
Partner with Customer Success to ensure training readiness and bridge adoption through Hypercare follow-up cadence.
Refine training materials and playbooks for the US market and for individual customers.
Travel to customer sites (2–3 weeks per month) to deliver on-site training and support go-live activities.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and our German training team to optimize training approach.
Measure and report on training effectiveness using adoption metrics and feedback.
