Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking a go-to-market leader to join as one of its first hires, working with the founders to build the GTM function from the ground up. You will collaborate with engineering leaders at scaleups and enterprises adopting coding agents to convert interest into long-term customers.

You will build a repeatable GTM motion, develop pipelines, onboard customers, and codify a sales playbook while feeding feedback to product and engineering to shape the roadmap as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in software or technical product roles.
• GTM experience at a developer tools company, selling to engineering buyers.
• Hands-on with AI coding agents and technical workflows.
• Experience building or scaling a developer tools GTM motion in early-stage companies.
• Interest in cloud-based coding agents and multi-provider flexibility.

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI developer tools company as one of its first go-to-market hires, working alongside the founders to build the GTM function from the ground up. You will work directly with engineering leaders at scaleups and enterprises adopting coding agents, turning customer interest into long-term customers.

• Build a repeatable GTM motion, including pipeline development, onboarding, and a sales playbook.
• Bring customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help inform roadmap decisions.
• Help grow the GTM function as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

• Four or more years of relevant experience, with a background in software development or technical product management.
• Customer-facing GTM experience at a developer tools company, selling to technical engineering buyers.
• Hands-on experience with current AI coding agents and the ability to discuss technical workflows with engineering teams.
• Experience building or scaling a developer tools GTM motion from an early stage is especially valuable.
• A strong interest in cloud-based coding agents and the importance of flexibility across providers.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $140,000 to $240,000 annually, plus founding equity.
