Job summary

Known, a San Francisco-based matchmaker, is seeking the top 0.1% operations talent to work alongside our founders as we sprint from our $10M seed round toward launching across the US.

You will own a piece of Known’s growth, deciding which area to impact—GTM, UGC scaling, or community programs—and drive initiatives with autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in early-stage startups, consulting, investment banking, or a similar high-performance environment.
• A systems-minded operator who embraces ambiguity.
• Strong communicator (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Own a piece of Known’s growth and decide which area to impact.
• Lead a GTM strategy to scale Known to 100,000 users.
• Scale a UGC program to thousands of creators and tens of thousands of users.
• Grow a community for Known by creating matchmaking events, brand partnerships and event series across launch cities.
