Job summary

Kya is seeking a founding marketer to build our world-wide presence from zero. You will write posts, script and shoot videos, run events, and manage the content calendar and metrics alongside the founders.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring you to move from idea to publish in hours. You will own voice development and community-building for an AI-enabled customer success platform.

Qualifications

• Built an audience or brand presence with demonstrable posts/videos/events.
• Sharp writing for posts and scripts; strong on-camera/editing capabilities.
• Fluent on social platforms and able to capture attention without feeling like ads.
• Comfort treating reach, engagement, and pipeline as performance metrics.
• Bias toward volume and iteration while maintaining high quality.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI agents and early-stage startup culture.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Kya’s social presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and short-form video daily.
• Create content: write posts, script and cut videos, turn customer usage into stories.
• Own in-person momentum: conferences, meetups, dinners, and launch events to energize the community.
• Grow a community of customer success and GTM leaders aligned to Kya.
• Own the funnel from attention to pipeline: measure reach, engagement, and demand.
• Turn every customer win into new content opportunities.
