Job summary

Radical Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a senior consumer growth leader to own how patients discover and engage with our cancer-care platform. You will build the organic acquisition engine, drive referrals, and optimize the patient journey with rapid experimentation.

You will work directly with the founders in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. The role requires hands-on execution, learning quickly, and then scaling the function with a team built around what works.

Qualifications

• Five or more years building consumer growth at early-stage or breakout companies.
• Ability to execute independently, then build scalable processes.
• Strong creative judgment; can explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build Radical’s organic acquisition engine with content and channels.
• Turn patients into sustainable referral, word-of-mouth, and community growth.
• Improve conversion across the patient journey via experiments and testing.
• Identify and scale new growth sources and formats.
• Develop an AI-native growth operation to accelerate research and content.
