Clera is seeking a Founding Growth Lead to build early audience and momentum for a consumer electronics product before launch. Working directly with the founder, you will own the waitlist as the primary growth metric and help shape how potential customers learn about the problem the product addresses.

You will run lean experiments, create content for Instagram and LinkedIn, and craft the go-to-market approach for early access, with on-site, full-time commitment in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Experience growing an audience or waitlist, ideally at an early-stage startup.
• Strong understanding of how social platforms distribute content and the ability to create compelling content directly.
• Comfort taking ownership in an early-stage environment with minimal process.
• Interest or experience in growth marketing, consumer product launches, community building, or consumer technology is relevant to this work.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the waitlist, treating it as the central measure of pre-launch traction.
• Create and distribute content on Instagram and LinkedIn, then focus on the channels that convert.
• Make the problem the product addresses tangible to potential customers before the product is available.
• Run fast, lean experiments with a small paid budget and scale the approaches that work.
• Develop the go-to-market approach, including how early access is offered and communicated.
