Moda in San Francisco seeks its first growth hire to define how the company is discovered, understood, and loved. You will shape brand, positioning, and go-to-market strategy from the ground up, working directly with the founders across product, design, and community.

You’ll own content, launches, and experiments to drive activation, retention, and rapid growth, turning product launches and customer stories into shareable momentum. Equity is offered for impact and ownership.

Qualifications

• Must have built a audience as a content creator.
• Experience in product marketing, growth, or GTM at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series C).
• Exceptionally strong writing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Create content that earns attention and shares.
• Launch products people remember and influence early adoption.
• Develop messaging and positioning for Moda.
• Run growth experiments across product, community, and content.
• Collaborate with product and design to improve activation and retention.
• Build the growth engine from zero to scalable trajectory.
