Job summary

Stealth Startup in California is seeking a multidisciplinary Visual Designer to shape brand, product, motion, and marketing experiences. You will evolve our visual identity, craft compelling campaigns, and contribute to a scalable design system with an emphasis on craft and velocity.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, marketing, and leadership to push boundaries, animate concepts, and deliver polished materials across touchpoints. 5+ years of experience and a strong portfolio required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft across multiple mediums.
• Experience at an agency, tech company, or fast-moving creative environment.
• Worked on brand identities, product experiences, or design systems.
• Strong typography, composition, color, layout, and storytelling.
• Expert in motion design and animation to convey product behavior.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to switch between strategy, concept development, prototyping, and production.
• Open to collaboration, feedback, and evolving ideas.
• Self-directed and able to progress when goals are not fully defined.

Responsibilities

• Evolve brand identity, visual language, and design systems.
• Produce motion graphics for product and marketing.
• Develop concepts for campaigns, launches, and company moments.
• Explore new tools and AI workflows while maintaining craft.
• Design polished marketing materials across digital, social, decks.
• Develop reusable systems and components for speed without lowering craft.
• Take projects from concept to final execution.
