Job summary

Tee Box Louisville is a premium, membership-based golf player development club seeking a PGA Professional or accomplished instructor to build a lasting program from the ground up. You will work with TrackMan, PuttView, and Sportsbox AI 3D to drive personalized coaching and long-term member relationships.

You'll lead leagues, junior programs, and events while aligning movement, mobility, and golf performance. This is a growth-focused, high-ownership role in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• :- PGA Professional or accomplished golf instructor with 5+ years of demonstrated golf instruction and player-development experience.

Responsibilities

• :Own the player-development experience for new members, from initial assessment and goal setting through ongoing progress reviews and programming recommendations.
• :Deliver comprehensive Box Assessments using TrackMan, Sportsbox AI 3D, and golf-specific movement principles.
• :Create personalized improvement plans and deliver exceptional in-person and on-demand golf instruction.
• :Build genuine relationships that drive long-term member engagement, improvement, and retention.
• :Introduce prospective members to the Tee Box experience through facility tours and authentic conversations.
• :Collaborate with our golf performance offerings to help members understand the connection between movement, mobility, fitness, and golf performance.
• :Lead leagues, clinics, junior golf programs, special events, and community experiences.
• :Provide club fitting and equipment recommendations when they can genuinely improve a golfer's performance.
• :Maintain a professional and welcoming golf environment while ensuring coaching technology and equipment remain organized and operating at a high standard.
• :Help identify new programming and growth opportunities as the Tee Box Louisville community develops.

Overview

Tee Box Louisville is a premium, membership-based golf player development club where coaching, technology, fitness, and community come together to help golfers reach their full potential. We're searching for a PGA Professional or accomplished golf instructor who wants to make a lasting impact on golfers and help build something special from the ground up. This isn't a traditional golf instruction role where you'll simply inherit a lesson book. You'll have the opportunity to build a player-development program, develop lasting member relationships, and grow alongside the club. Members have access to personalized coaching, TrackMan technology, PuttView, Sportsbox AI 3D motion analysis, golf-specific movement assessments, a dedicated golf performance gym, club fitting, junior programming, and a supportive community focused on long-term improvement.

Experience Required

PGA Professional or accomplished golf instructor with 5+ years of demonstrated golf instruction and player-development experience.
