Job summary

KYIROV is seeking a founding Full-Stack Engineer to help shape the technical direction of our healthcare AI platform. You will own end-to-end feature development from architecture through deployment, collaborating with the founding team to define the product roadmap.

This remote role in LATAM offers a ground-floor opportunity with significant equity potential, a modern stack (React, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, Supabase on AWS), and PST-aligned hours to partner with our core founders.

About the Company

Well-funded seed-stage startup (1-10 employees, founded 2025) building an AI-powered virtual healthcare assistant that serves as a personal primary care physician. The platform aggregates medical records, wearable data, and lab results to deliver personalized health insights and recommendations. Recently raised $2.5M seed round and collaborates with physicians at leading medical institutions. A5 is engaged with a startup client in the PST time zone.

Corporate Location: HQ in San Francisco, CA

Employment: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3+ years

Salary Range: $60,000 - $96,000 annually ($5,000 - $8,000/month)
