Leland Care is seeking its founding engineer to build the core platform from scratch, owning architecture, data ingestion pipelines, and the AI intelligence layer. This role offers the opportunity to shape a system of record for aging with significant ownership and impact.

As the first technical hire, you will define the stack, drive pilots with major US health system partners, and lead delivery from concept to 2026 pilot launches in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the complete technical architecture across data ingestion/storage, intelligence, action, and compliance.
• Build agentic AI systems that synthesize information from physicians, insurers, and pharmacies into actionable, coordinated support for seniors.
• Lead end-to-end development from initial concept through pilot launch, making high-leverage decisions on the tech stack and engineering culture.
