Qualifications

• Must have shipped 0→1 products in startup, new product line, or major greenfield initiative.
• Comfortable as a true full-stack engineer (front-end + backend).
• Strong product sense and design intuition for clean UI and user workflows.
• Systems mindset for fast, reliable, maintainable software as usage grows.
