Job summary

LumaIQ is a reporting and operations platform for self-storage owners and operators. You would be the first engineer besides the founder, owning features end to end: the migration and its row-level security, the server actions, the interface, and the tests that keep it honest.

Join a small team building on Next.js and React with Supabase Postgres, focusing on models and reliable test fixtures rather than framework quirks. You would shape how the product works across data and UI.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript, React, and SQL; comfortable with a query planner and a stylesheet.
• Has designed a schema others must live with.
• Experience with Postgres row-level security, or the appetite to learn it properly.
• Comfortable making decisions on how something should work.

Own whole surfaces of the product, from the Postgres policy to the pixel.

LumaIQ is a reporting and operations platform for self-storage owners and operators. The product is Next.js and React on top of Supabase Postgres, and the interesting problems are not framework problems — they are modelling problems. What does a monthly owner report actually assert? When is a rate increase worth the move-out it might cause? How do you rank fifty stores without producing a winner in a portfolio that is entirely underwater?

You would be the first engineer besides the founder. That means owning features end to end: the migration and its row-level security, the server actions, the interface, and the tests that keep it honest.
