Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

A Zoro install is judged by its screens. The operator who approves a payment at 7am, the founder who checks the money before a call: if the software is slow or confusing, the system loses their trust and the install fails.

You will build those surfaces: the consoles companies live in, the approval flows that keep humans in charge, and the services underneath them. Real production data, real latency budgets, real users from week one.

• Strong Postgres: schema design, queries, and migrations
• Design sense: you notice when a screen is wrong before anyone says so
• Production ownership: you have been on call for what you built
• Clear writing, because the team is small and async

Nice to have

• Internal tools or operations software
• Accessibility work on dense, keyboard-heavy screens
