Job summary

Jack in New York City is seeking a skilled software engineer to join our stealth startup's AI-native platform. You will build full-stack features, design backend systems, and work directly with customers to solve operational challenges.

You will collaborate across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in a fast-moving hybrid environment, enjoying high ownership and direct impact on product direction.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in startup environments.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Full-stack development experience, including modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Experience working with APIs, asynchronous systems, webhooks, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of database design and query optimization.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and execute independently.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
