Job summary

Credal.ai is seeking a founding frontend & UX focused engineer to help us build on our product progress with proven market demand from global enterprises.

You’ll own our Agent Builder Experience and influence architecture, design decisions, and code quality strategy. You’ll engage directly with customers and our GTM team to solve our customers’ most complex problems while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building software with a frontend & UX focus.
• Strong ownership, mentoring, and collaboration with product and customers.
• Experience with frontend stacks: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind.
• Willingness to shape architecture and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Builder Experience and empower users of all levels.
• Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and quality strategy.
• Engage with customers and GTM team to solve complex problems.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering standards.
• Take end-to-end ownership of core products using modern frontend tech.
