Qualifications

• Proficiency in building production frontend shipped with taste.
• Experience with React and TypeScript in modern web architectures.
• Ability to trade off design decisions with limited specs while maintaining usability.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend layer of the Crucible platform, building reusable components and patterns.
• Shape interaction patterns, performance, and user flows across complex agent workflows.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and delivery teams to raise the frontend bar.
