Access Development in Salt Lake City is seeking a Front-End Developer to build scalable user interfaces within a Node/React ecosystem, with occasional Svelte work. You will collaborate in small, cross-functional teams and contribute to architecture, code quality, and delivery on AWS.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ADA and OWASP practices, and proactive troubleshooting. You’ll ship features using modern tooling, participate in code reviews, and help grow a distributed engineering team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise web app development preferred.
• Proficiency in React, Redux, React Router and SCSS.
• Experience with Zustand, ExpressJS, Axios, GraphQL.
• Strong problem solving and adaptability to new tech.
• Experience with ADA compliance.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 best practices.
• Clear English communication.

Responsibilities
