Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of full-stack frontend experience, proficient in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, and can craft polished UIs using Tailwind CSS. In-person work in NYC is required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of full-stack frontend engineering experience.
• Proficiency with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong Tailwind CSS skills for refined UIs.
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs or AI-assisted systems preferred.
• A strong portfolio of frontend work.

Responsibilities

• Own feature development from backend services to AI-powered UI experiences.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements via rapid iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams to align engineering with business outcomes.
• Maintain a high bar for code quality with testing and monitoring.
• Navigate changing requirements with autonomy and low ego.
