You will architect the frontend using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, and design systems that power Flint website templates.

You will prototype rapidly with users, drive AI-driven features that reflect brand principles, and own projects end-to-end from idea to production.

Qualifications

• Frontend engineering experience with Typescript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience using AI IDEs like Cursor or Windsurf.
• Passionate about beautiful and performant web presences.
• Interested to push the boundaries of what AI is capable of.
• Ownership from problem to solution; learning what you need to succeed.
• Loves building MVPs, testing with users, and iterating quickly.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the core product interface using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Design and implement design systems and component libraries for Flint website templates.
• Develop AI features to understand design principles and brand consistency.
• Prototype rapidly with users and translate learnings into durable features.
• Own projects end-to-end from prototype to production systems.
