You will own end-to-end projects across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, deploying robust evals, observability, and testing. Expect rapid prototyping, architectural leadership, and a strong product-first engineering ethos.

Qualifications

• Product-first engineer with strong focus on user experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience across frontend, backend, and infra.
• Proficient with AI-forward developer tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Take ownership from problem to solution and learn what you need.
• Love building MVPs, test with users, and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic systems that design and launch web experiences.
• Develop and maintain Flint's core application across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Design systems with robust evals, observability, and testing for reliability.
• Prototype rapidly with users and translate learnings into durable features.
• Lead architectural decisions that set Flint's technical direction for years.
• Own projects end-to-end from prototypes to production systems.
