Job summary

Alloy, the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform, is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with our strategic accounts in the US. You'll own the technical outcome end-to-end, spanning software, product, and solutions engineering.

You'll write production code (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL), architect deployments, and influence client architectural decisions while traveling to NYC and client offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing production-ready software.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role or similar.
• Strong backend and API fluency across services you don’t own.
• Sound architectural judgment under ambiguity and customer-facing context.

Responsibilities

• Architect and tune deployments end-to-end (APIs, data integrations, SDKs).
• Write production code across stack: TS, JS, Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, AWS.
• Serve as credible technical voice with customer leadership and on-call escalation.
• Own the engineering track of QBRs for accounts and drive reusable platform primitives.
