Job summary

Talent Finest is seeking a technical Forward-Deployed Engineer to join the founding team in the SF Bay Area. This on-site role focuses on solving high-impact customer problems, building integrations, and deploying AI systems from start to finish.

You will own projects from problem to production, communicate with customers, and contribute to product direction and engineering practices. Visa support is available for eligible U.S. candidates.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years hands-on experience in FDE, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, Customer Engineering, or similar technical role.
• Strong software engineering and production coding.
• Experience shipping customer-facing integrations.
• APIs, webhooks, ETL, or data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience building RAG, LLM, AI-agent, or agentic systems.
• Direct customer/stakeholder interaction.
• Startup or founding-engineer experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers, write code, build integrations, deploy AI systems, and own problems from start to finish.
• Move quickly from: Customer problem → prototype → production → iteration.
• You'll work directly with customers to solve messy, high-impact problems involving AI agents, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Own projects end-to-end from inception to production and iteration.
