Job summary

Celigo, Inc. is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to build and lead the enterprise architecture practice in a remote-first environment in the United States.

You will govern the end-to-end application portfolio, drive SaaS cost optimization, and lead build-vs-buy decisions with Celigo’s platform as Customer Zero. You will shape architecture standards, leverage AI for portfolio governance, and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and domain leads to realize business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture with portfolio ownership.
• Proven track record of application rationalization and SaaS cost reductions.
• Fluency with enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and lifecycle processes.
• Strong build-vs-buy and total-cost-of-ownership judgment with cross-functional partners.
• Experience with AI concepts, least-privilege, and data-access patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build the EA practice from scratch: operating model, principles, and standards.
• Own the application portfolio end to end: inventory, lifecycle status, consolidation.
• Lead build-vs-buy with Celigo platform as Customer Zero.
• Stand up SaaS governance and cost-control with Procurement and Finance.
• Use AI to govern the estate at scale and surface targets.
• Extend architecture discipline to the AI estate with MCP standards.
• Tie decisions to business outcomes with leadership and stakeholders.
• Grow architecture capability across GTO via embedded domain architects.
