Job summary

Versa is hiring a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to open and close enterprise accounts. This is the first sales hire, with seven- to eight-figure annual contracts and six-month deals.

You will personally source, run, and close business while shaping early sales and marketing playbooks. Targets include US and international high-volume consumer businesses in telecom, insurance, energy, retail, and other sectors with large contact centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years selling complex enterprise B2B solutions or services and closing seven-figure+ contracts.
• Experience selling to C-suite and Director-level operating leaders at enterprise companies.
• Disciplined pipeline and forecast with CRM hygiene to support it.

Responsibilities

• Source and open enterprise accounts personally with no inherited book.
• Run outbound with sales development to build multi-threaded, executive outreach and meetings.
• Lead multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end: discovery, business case, procurement, legal, and close.
