Job summary

Inventure in San Francisco is seeking a founding engineer to build an Applied AI Platform end-to-end for enterprise customers. You will own architecture and delivery from 0 to 1, with autonomy and accountability for outcomes.

You will work directly with customers and go-to-market teams in a small, senior group, shipping production-grade AI capabilities and data models to trusted Fortune 50 accounts seeking secure AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Built an LLM system end to end in production.
• Strong relational database design skills.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate; onsite five days a week.
• Authorized to work in the US or eligible for visa options (TN or E-3); H-1B sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM systems end to end and production pipelines for enterprise customers.
• Own the data layer and design scalable pipelines.
• Take products from 0 to 1 with full autonomy over the outcome.
• Collaborate directly with customers and go-to-market teams.
• Turn feedback from Fortune 50 accounts into continuous platform improvements.
