true-talent-solutions-partners in Palo Alto is seeking a Founding Engineer to join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building enterprise headcount planning software. You will own from design to production and work closely with founders and early customers.

You’ll design and ship features, talk with customers about data workflows, and shape a product used across HR, finance, and recruiting. A minimum of 2 years full-stack experience with TypeScript, GCP, and MongoDB is expected.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript; ability to learn new stacks quickly.
• Experience with GCP and MongoDB.
• Strong systems design and data modeling skills; solid CS fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, ship, and iterate on product features while balancing speed with quality.
• Work with the founders to turn customer problems into practical technical solutions.
• Own substantial parts of the product, from system design and implementation to production support.
• Talk directly with customers to investigate issues and understand how they work with data.
• Contribute across engineering, product, and customer support in a small, early-stage team.
