Job summary

Plexus Resource Solutions is building next-generation cross-chain FX and settlements infrastructure in New York. The Founding Engineer will join at the ground floor to architect and implement the core platform from scratch in a Rust-based stack.

You’ll shape protocols with the founders, ship production systems, and leverage AI-native workflows to accelerate development using ZK and Solidity. Relocation to NYC or NYC-based work is encouraged, equity negotiable.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience shipping production-grade systems.
• Strong background in building reliable, scalable infrastructure.
• Experience using multiple AI agents to accelerate development.
• Willingness to relocate to NYC or be NYC-based.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core infrastructure across financial markets, settlement, and blockchain.
• Shape protocol and system architecture alongside the founders.
• Ship production-grade systems, primarily in Rust, with ZK and Solidity involvement.
• Leverage AI-native workflows and agentic orchestration to boost velocity.
• Own problems end-to-end, from architecture through production.
